These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pallet Broker LLC website at palletbrokerllc.com ("Site") and our pallet products and services. By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

Pallet Broker LLC manufactures, sells, repairs, recycles, and delivers wood pallets and related products from our facilities in Sparks and Las Vegas, Nevada. All orders are subject to availability, pricing confirmation, and mutually agreed delivery terms.

Quotes and Orders

  • Online quote requests are not binding orders. We will confirm pricing, availability, and delivery terms before any order is finalized.
  • Prices are subject to change based on lumber market conditions and fuel costs without prior notice.
  • Order cancellations may be subject to restocking fees for manufactured or specially sourced products.

Delivery

  • Delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed. Pallet Broker LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and unloading equipment at the delivery location.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of order. We accept ACH, check, and other payment methods as agreed. Accounts past due may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Returns and Claims

Claims for product defects or incorrect shipments must be made within 5 business days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect returned products before issuing credit. Custom-manufactured pallets are non-returnable unless defective.

Limitation of Liability

Pallet Broker LLC's liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Pallet Broker LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site to transmit spam, malware, or any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates any applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
