Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, sort, stage, and load/unload pallets across our yard and warehouse areas. You'll be a key part of keeping daily operations running safely and efficiently.
Inspect incoming used pallets, grade them for quality, and perform nail-gun and hand-tool repairs to restore pallets to saleable condition. Work alongside our AMS-automated sorting line at our Sparks facility.
Drive our company-owned fleet to deliver pallets to customers across Nevada and neighboring states. Be home most nights. Be part of a logistics operation that never relies on third-party carriers.
Support day-to-day yard operations — sorting, stacking, bundling, and general production tasks. A great entry point into the pallet industry with real potential to advance into equipment operation or supervisory roles.
